Virginia Beach For Sale By Owner

Hello All, I have a For Sale By Owner property that is available in Virginia Beach, VA.  It is a 2 bed 2 bath property in Chimney Hill.  It was the first house I purchased, and I lived there for 2 years.  During the last year, I have been renting the property out for $950/month.  The tenants have taken very good care of the property.  A comparable unit just sold for 169,000, but it did not have as many updates, and the place was only 1.5 baths.  I am asking 165K.  Please Call Shaun O'Toole at 757-724-1428.
